David Poll received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, University of California.
At Hastings, David was awarded 1st prize for Oral Advocacy in the David E. Snodgrass Moot Court Competition.
David was admitted to the California Bar in 1983 and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. David is a member of the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.
